Access to zk55 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. zk55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after deducting any Bonus amounts already used.

Each Player may hold only one active account on zk55. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or Bonuses held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information thereafter. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (KTP), your date of birth, your residential address, and your active Indonesian mobile number and email address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. zk55 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify zk55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course before closure. zk55 reserves the right to retain records of closed accounts for a minimum period of five (5) years as required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
zk55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be made available from time to time at our discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000. Deposits are processed instantly during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available banking day unless an automated transfer system confirms receipt earlier.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts held in the same name as your zk55 account are typically processed within five (5) minutes during banking hours. Off-hours withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. zk55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals will only be remitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same full legal name as your zk55 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account will result in cancellation of the withdrawal and may trigger a security review of the account.
All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). zk55 does not charge processing fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees. Please consult your financial institution for details.
All Bonuses offered by zk55 are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. zk55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the Bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a Bonus of Rp 1.000.000 requires total wagers of Rp 30.000.000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a reduced percentage as specified in the relevant promotion.
zk55 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, exploiting promotional loopholes, hedging bets across markets to guarantee outcomes, or coordinated play with other accounts. Any account found engaging in Bonus abuse will have the Bonus and related winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
zk55 operates a tiered VIP membership program comprising Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels. VIP status is determined by monthly wagering turnover and is reviewed on a monthly basis. zk55 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits, requirements, or the program structure at any time. VIP Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent value unless explicitly stated.
All casino games offered on zk55 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed from studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The outcome of all games is determined solely by the certified RNG or physical game equipment — zk55 does not influence game results.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided due to postponement, cancellation, or other qualifying circumstances, the voided leg is removed and the parlay is recalculated at reduced odds. zk55 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any parlay combination.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, zk55's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Any game round that was in progress will be resolved according to the recorded state. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when gaming. zk55 accepts no liability for losses directly attributable to a Player's own internet or device failure.
Where zk55 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, draw results are determined by official lottery draws conducted by authorized operators. Results are published on the Platform promptly following each draw. Any dispute regarding a togel result must be submitted to customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk55 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.
In accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards, zk55 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. The zk55 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of zk55. Use of these marks without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
zk55 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. zk55 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures that are outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of zk55 to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player into their zk55 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall zk55 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if zk55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
zk55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, Bonus abuse, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or where required by applicable law or a competent authority.
Upon termination of an account for cause, zk55 reserves the right to void any pending Bonus amounts and associated winnings. Any verified Funds balance remaining after deductions for voided Bonuses will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, provided that zk55 is not required to withhold such Funds pursuant to a court order, regulatory instruction, or ongoing investigation.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests will be processed as a priority. Players who choose to self-exclude will not be permitted to reopen their account during the self-exclusion period, and zk55 will take all reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded Players during that period.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. zk55 operates under internationally recognized gaming standards and is committed to fair dealing with all Players.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted under internationally accepted rules of arbitration procedure. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Indonesian Players retain all rights afforded to them under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation.
zk55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zk55 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
